Discover along with Mathurin and his wife how to make handmade cassava flour and how to realize diverse cassava flour based products. Learn about peeling, pressing, sieving, cooking and much more!

Mathurin welcomes you from 9 AM to 4 PM in his domain and introduces you to cassava and to the production of flour. A welcome drink and a tasting of some cassava based products (pancakes, cakes, cookies, ice cream …) will be offered.

Watch an educational film about cassava, and go on to practice with six different workshops offered on site: peeling, washing, grating, pressing, sieving and cooking.

Depending on the season you can also get a chance to visit cassava fields. An area is at disposal for you to eat your own food in the domain.
